At NextMobile.ae, we offer delivery exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We are committed to delivering your pre-owned mobile device to your doorstep safely and efficiently. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process:
Delivery Time: You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. We work diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NextMobile.ae. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your pre-owned mobile device, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy:
10-Day Return Policy: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the mobile device must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Refund or Exchange: Depending on your preference, we can either refund the purchase price to your original payment method or exchange the item for another available product.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be covered by NextMobile.ae in the case of defective or incorrect items. For other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
