At NextMobile.ae, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. Whether you are buying the latest flagship or a certified pre-owned device, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Brand New Items (Unopened)

If you change your mind, we accept returns on eligible brand-new products within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: The item must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Restocking Fee: A 3% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover delivery, restocking, and administrative costs.
  • International Shipping: For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Used & Pre-Owned Mobile Phones

We stand behind the quality of our used devices. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer an extended protection period:

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If your used mobile phone develops a technical or hardware fault within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Conditions: The fault must be internal (e.g., battery, screen, or connectivity issues). Returns will not be accepted if the device shows signs of accidental damage (cracks, liquid ingress) or if personal accounts (iCloud/Google) have not been removed.
  • Change of Mind: For used phones, a “change of mind” return is only available within the first 3 days (3% restocking fee applies). After 3 days, returns are only accepted for verified technical faults.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Arrival)

If your order arrives damaged or is “Dead on Arrival” (DOA):

  • Report Promptly: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • Resolution: For verified defects upon arrival, we provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund (no 3% fee) or a free replacement.

4. Refund Methods & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Tabby & Tamara Payments

If you used a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service:

  • Installment Adjustment: We will notify the provider to cancel or adjust your remaining payment schedule.
  • Refund of Paid Amounts: Any installments already paid will be refunded to the card linked to your Tabby/Tamara account.
  • Fees: The 3% restocking fee (for change-of-mind returns) will be deducted from the total refund amount reported to the provider.

Standard Payments
